One of the (few!) good things coming out of the COVID-19 pandemic was the realization that meetings, court dates and many jobs don’t require the travel and traffic of meeting in person. The same is true for counseling! Numerous studies have confirmed that internet based counseling is just as effective as in-person counseling. If you’re hesitant, I recommend you give it a try for a couple sessions. You may be pleasantly surprised how comfortable you quickly begin to feel and appreciate the advantages.
